I’ve heard diet is mostly cope but I know even optimising my health indicators is beneficial. I’m basically 17 so wanna make the most of my last bits of puberty. Can I get thoughts on this diet and possible improvements?
-Red Meat (Steak, Beef Mince)
- Organs (Liver, Kidney, Bone Marrow)
- Eggs
- Dairy (Raw Milk, Grass fed butter, Organic Cheddar/Mozzarella)
- Fruits (Banana, Green Kiwi, Pineapple)
- Coconut Water
- Raw Honey
Any tips or improvements would be appreciated.

My main goal is looks but I still do sports like basketball and I go to the gym.
