Optimal Diet for looks

I’ve heard diet is mostly cope but I know even optimising my health indicators is beneficial. I’m basically 17 so wanna make the most of my last bits of puberty. Can I get thoughts on this diet and possible improvements?

-Red Meat (Steak, Beef Mince)
- Organs (Liver, Kidney, Bone Marrow)
- Eggs
- Dairy (Raw Milk, Grass fed butter, Organic Cheddar/Mozzarella)
- Fruits (Banana, Green Kiwi, Pineapple)
- Coconut Water
- Raw Honey

Any tips or improvements would be appreciated.

p.s.
My main goal is looks but I still do sports like basketball and I go to the gym.

Nigger eats the foods with the most fat and so with the most calories eat them in a bulk

only eat raw foods (when dieting), prioritize sleep and sunlight over diet, realize you will get minimal changes in facial structure as the majority of your growth window has passed by.

Diet isn’t cope anyone who says it is just doesn’t understand simple biology

Raw Parmesan is the better option for cheese, and it's the easiest to get. Cottage cheese, Feta (sheep milk cheese), is also really good

Nice, but it is likely you are overdoing things with the fructose based carbs and fructose in general. Fructose based carbs are not as optimal for muscle growth due to it being processed as liver glycogen first, oppose to starchy carbs which go to the muscle meaning better performance. And are u going to get the organs online?

I just get them from my local butcher
 
Good but add occasional fatty fish like salmon for omega 3, and fermented foods like yogurt or kefir for probiotics

Also if you want to look athletic and muscular you should at least consider adding root vegetables (esp potatoes/sweet potatoes) for carbohydrate dense options, aside from honey and fruit juice it's really hard to eat a lot of carbs on your current diet, most fruit has like 10g for 2 servings. Root veggies are pretty low in antinutrients compared to leaves and stems so I think they're much higher ROI, and probably not a concern anyway since you're eating so many nutrient dense foods like organs

If you don't want to add root vegetables, make sure to have your heaviest carb foods like bananas, grapes, honey, and orange juice before and after lifting to give you energy and replenish glycogen after

PS raw honey doesn't do anything, it's not bad for you but it's basically the same as sugar or maple syrup
