Should vegetables be a part of your diet? How much protein/kg should you aim for? and same for fat? What is the best grain, and what are the fruits with most nutrients.

Eat chicken,meat,fish/Dairy food
raw food
fermented food
drink raw milk daily (optional)
avoid starches
eat lots of fats and collagen foods

Eat fruits only locally and make sure you get lots of sun because fruits are very high in sugar and carb

get vegetables and fruits tht can fulfill daily nutrients needed, nutrients is essential for looking well defined and contribute better growth, always prioritize your daily nutrients and vitamins.
