MORNING : 4 eggs with 50g raw cheese, ( choline, vit A D E, vit k2, calcium...)
SNACK : raw milk 500ml ( vitB12, vit B6, calcium, omega-3,vit K et enzymes )
DINNER : 300g raw( hydration ) muscle meat with bone marrow (scholesterol, vitamin B12, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin K2, vitamin E, iron, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, copper, magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, manganese, creatine, carnosine, taurine, CoQ10, glutathione, collagen precursors, glycine, CLA, omega-3, omega-6, cholesterol esters, phospholipids)
training day ill add a sweet potatoe in the morning with the eggs
raw for hydration and water soluble vit
