The max given was 10 mg and minimum was 2 mg. The thing is the participants were 3-18 so the maximum of 10 mg means no one weighed more than 40kg when we take it literally, so the dosing is likely way more flexible than .25 mg per kg, I’m thinking 6 mg for myself
