I don't know what phenotype accompanies this look the best, maybe north atlantid, but this like blue eyed dark hair look is by far the best. Its also okay if the hair is dark but has highlights like lorenzos. This is the most mogger look that there is.
I'd say this type of look is honestly possible for like most of europe, altough might be more common along the atlantic coast.
A girl that was like 3/4 swedish and 1/4 balkan i knew looked like this and i would not rule it out of the nordics (im nordic) that much i can say although it is less common probably. Balkans, Mediteranean, and also like central european can probably have some people with this look as well.
