How tf can u keep a pillow in position between ur legs all night

I'm pretty sure I have scoliosis so I try sleeping on back. A pillow under knees worked well. But rn I just sleep in whichever position is most comfortable

The best sleeping position is where you sleep the best. It doesn't really matter more than that, though, sleeping on the sides is probably ideal if you want to know.
