Depends on how bad the features are.

Depends on how much money you're willing to spend and the type of surgeries that you want.

Otoplasty (ear), Rhinoplasty (nose), and Bimax (double jaw) can completely change someone's appearance for example.

If you're worried about money, only consider surgery for your worst attribute and your "good enough" attributes can be left as they are.
