I have asked a similar question on a previous thread, but im still not sure and can't decide

I have 45k available to spend and I want to spend it on trimax with numerous implants wether that be peek or titanium, and like anyone im trying to get the most out of the 45k and correct every bone to the max, unfortunately im 18 and still live with my parents who will offer financial aid as long as the bimax is in Europe or US, (If I decide to do a staged approach and do trimax or bimax first I can do the implants and genio in turkey by myself). No I also am considering a supra impact definitely with Liam as there isn't ant other designers that can make it good. This restriction leaves me with two viable options

1. two stage approach with alfi spend 10k with dr alfi (blue pilled only does bimax, and his design for lefort 1 and bsso isn't optimized for looks, and then spend the rest of the 35k on the next stage by getting quality implants and genio with Liam in turkey albeit probably start designeing a couple months after bimax that I will likely have in late 2026, @RealSurgerymax let me know how that could possibly work

2. Single stage approach with dr ramieri (possibly two stage if decide to get a supra implant), Ramieri dogs for trimax for sure, but what I've heard is that his implants are mediocre, which Is would ask to do Liams design but apparently ramieri doesn't like doing saddled infra rim augmentation, so that's a obvious downside, also I don't know if we do Liams design if he's going to be able to do a single stage at least for the mandible, or if im going to have to come in later to get it augmented, I know that ramieri has his custom designed implant that also acts as a plate (he calls it "implate" again @RealSurgerymax lmk what your thoughts on the implate is.

3. two stage approach with Liam by doing implants in around the eye before trimax with ramieri (supra, infra, malar), and then later doing trimax with ramieri and doing his implate for mandibular augmentation and possibly even again Liams design which im not sure if ramieri will be willing to do that in a singe stage, I also don't know if ramieri would even be able to perform on me if I get the implants before surgery, again lmk.

Do bimax with ramieri, let it heal for 6 months, go to turkey and place implants with mr giant. You can implates directly and let giant customize them, even if he ofc will say his design of implants is better which isnt reslly the same one as ram uses.

Every fucking result this nigga has available looks uncanny to oblivion not to mention his OBO botch and pat botch

Only good result is that fat guy who got Trimax and implants just to sit in his basement and eat slop

I mean it might be something true un ehat giant says. But you will get decent implant will the italian designer. But you will not get a psl rim or atleast a try to it from giant. It likes depends, and to be fair i havent seen many giant or Italian one results so i cant really say much. I have seen som of giant botches but acc to him it was them who asked for a uncanny look?

Yeah, I kind of trust Ramieri in the sense that he knows how to preserve harmony yk I just feel like that, whereas Liam might just design the implant slap it on your cheekbone and if it looks good on the cbct same writhing with the mandible trying to make it look as wide asap then he’ll call it a day maybe not caring as how harmonious it is but I mean that’s just really vague speculation, I will definitely ask Ramieri to do giants design tho while Ramieri does the placements to figure out what will look good for my specific face and we’ll see, because ether way I’m buying implants and ether way I’ll be happy with the result,. And prove me wrong you did do infra malar implants right? How happy are you with it, who was the designer and what material is it. TBH I don’t think I’m also really going to benefit from saddled implants as my orbital region isn’t really recessed, you mind if I pm and you can take a look?

As for pat I think the biggest blame should be put on the surgeon but then again I’m pretty sure he got ghosted but also pat is a retard for the huge implant that was placed. I’ll consult with Ramieri possibly even with Pags and see where I end up, ether way I’m going to be happy with the results

Yea you can pm, i dont really know about that i think giant is conservative too if you ask him to be. But to be fair i have never seen good results from him. I mean some decent ones
