Genioplasty with jaw implants vs Bimax ccw rotation with genioplasty. I spoke too four maxiofacial surgeons. Sunil Richardson said I only need Bsso while Doctor Vikram said i need a bimax rotation but very slight advancement of maxilla and more of a bsso advancement. Two turkish doctors I spoke too I only need genioplasty. Should I just get a genioplasty with infraorbital malar implants and jaw implants for superior results and a sculpted look and also it is safer then bimax with shorter recovery time. I'm planning to get peek or medpor.

you should though. don't listen to kebab surgeons who just want to make quick bucks performing an easy surgery when renowned surgeons say you need jaw surgery.

I only know richardson but his results mog from what I've seen.

Richardson though is possinly a criminal another doctor andreischev he makes alot of reviews and removes the good one. I feel like doctor vikram is more trustworthy especially he worked with a charity and he worked under doctor sailor.
