I wouldn't have my molars extracted no matter what

If you really do need them extracted implants is what you need

IF you get your Molars removed and don't replace within 3 weeks at MAXIMUM, your face will change.

Your bones will DECAY.

Take it from someone it happened to.

I have had two bone-grafts since, but the shit I had to go through was extreme. I didn't look the same for a good while and trust me, you don't want to be walking around with a caved in face. Your bone density is ESSENTIAL as a man.

Fix your diet, brush loads, use mouth-wash. Dental care is the best looksmax outside of gym and diet maxxing.

did u fix it now?

And don't use mouth-wash or tooth-paste containing fluoride

Yes. I had two bone-grafts and almost a year and a bit of recovery now.

Your fat-pads will SAG like fuck if you remove Molars 1 or 2 and then don't replace them. As you WILL lose bone and your pads will have nothing to rest on. DO NOT DO IT.

I didn't.

Molar 1 came out. Top one. Really hard crisps sent from family in Kenya.

Exactly that happened to me. Removed my 2nd molar, that is the worst teeth to remove, as it sits directly above the masseter muscle. I got them removed in august 2018, and i noticed the sagging in december 2018, had to wait 12 months to get it fully replaced

You didnt' fucking graft it before the replacement, when it was 12 months the wait?

i did graft, thats why it was 12 months cuz the graft needed to stabilize, and its screw, then wait additional 3 months for the actual tooth

in your opinion though , should a implant be placed with a bone graft or without it?
If its possible without i would prefer that, because that means you have strong gum strength which means strong bone health

Alright thank you, one last thing i know im asking too much sorry. If implants are done right after the extractions (within 0-2 weeks) will no bone be lost?

It wont be lost, It takes atleast 3 months to notice, the good thing is that the lost bone can be restimulated
