i have a fucking death tier philtrum my only huge failo but idk how to fix i already have a thick upper lip so lip filler isn’t an option is lip lift the only procedure for it? otherwise ima just grow facial hair nd cope

htn because of the philtrum but just grow a 5mm+ stubble and you're a chadlite at worst. most likely low chad
