Options for lower third?

My lower third is weak, but not like a classic case though, but still noticably weak. What is honestly the best way to fix this? Initially I was thinking sliding genio + jaw angle implants, but is that actually viable? My bite and all that is completely fine, it's just that the jaw itself is weak. Is jaw surgery the only fix?

No because it's a general question, so pic not needed. All I am asking is, for a weak jaw, is sliding genio + jaw implants actually legit, or should you just try and get jaw surgery?
