Options for short Ramus?

As shown in the pics, my ramus is fairly short, and IMO it's ruining my lower third shape.
I've seen HGH recommended but I'd like to avoid because, as the pics also show, I already look kind of like a neanderthal.

So other than HGH, what are my options? Is it surgery or bust? Is my ramus as bad as I think it is?

your mandible is downward grown its a maxilla problem, if you get a lefort 2 you can fix it easy, a bimax would be safer tho

surgery is the only option, u look fat tho so lose weight before considering anything
