What would you recommend? I’ve had sleep apnea since I was 13 because of greedy orthodontists forcing me to wear headgear as a kid which pushed my maxilla back

Double jaw surgery seems like the gold standard, and I can afford it but I don’t want to have to go through all that recovery. In addition, I hear most people suffer nerve damage

MSE which I’m not sure actually works but it seems like a bitch as well because you need to wear braces for a couple years after treatment

Vivo dna appliance which is similar to MSE but there’s also a device for the lower jaw

CPAP which is largely cope. I want to be able to breathe well during the day and while playing sports

Is there anything else? I srsly don’t wanna do double jaw surgery but it sounds more and more likely that I’ll have to

Recovery just such a bitch man. And the nerve damage
recovery isn’t that bad. the worst part is being on liquid diet, losing weight as a result, but everything else is pretty chill. i have zero nerve damage from my bimax and sometimes i forget that i even went through it
