Options to get wider and bigger lips

I have small lips that mess up my whole harmony, I morphed an image of what I’d look like with bigger lips are I look much better. I attached pics of what my lips are currently like and what I want them to be. What surgeries or non invasive stuff should i do to get my mouth area like the after pic. Idk the types of lip lifts and if they would even work in my case
