TCS prime is pretty good if you have low CGPA tbh. But most get that ninja offer. I didn't even apply to those. Did you give that NQX test or whatever in the exam center

Go for some product company service based are a waste of time unless they are top tier service ones. Like razorpay, cred, mercor etc. id say even startups are better than WITCH. Try applying for startups even if the pay is low you'll gain a lot of experience, resume juice and skills. It will be a fun experience that the corporate slog at TCS

This has happened to me multiple times. I show up to the interview and get burned out right before the actual heavy rounds start. It's like I'm fully prepared for the idea of an interview but when they suddenly throw a final loop or full panel at me, my brain just goes, "bro please not today and I mentally check out. 3-4 hours of back to back questioning and repeat my story to every interviewer. The worst part is they don't even bother informing you before

The job market is really stupid because it’s a really shitty combination of job seekers having no rights and corporations being inundated with applicants and imo it can be optimized super easily

1. Have a version of the common app for all companies so you don’t have to send 6 million resumes out on 50000 websites
2. Have there be a 5 dollar deposit each time you apply so that you can’t just spam applications
3. Limit the number of interviews based on job pay
4. Force companies to have like a 1:5 applicant to interview ratio
5. Force companies to reply back to you within a certain amount of time

How is the remuneration for oracle compared to other big tech ?
They are called IC-1 to IC-6 with total comp from ~$142K (IC-1) up to ~$1.04 M (IC-6). Most people start at IC-2 or IC-3. Slightly lower at entry level compared to other big tech like Google Microsoft but competitive at the upper tiers. Main reason to join Oracle is it being very stable, few layoffs and predictable compared to other big tech. Other companies give more equity while Oracle pays stronger base.

Thats pretty bad. Im surprised there isnt any intellectual property protection ensured to you by law. If you dont care about making a killing its a lot easier to get a job in games especially with your skills. Just dont go to a unity mill or you will want to kys. Its pretty vertical too but not to the same extent

You need to use Adderall boyos, all successful people take some sort of stimulant for these interviews.

My sister said all her pre-med friends took Vyvanse and Adderall XR to study for the MCAT and they all passed with 515+ scores and got into top 10 medical schools.

She told me everyone in med school is on addy :lul:
