tretinoin does fuckall accutane mogs it to oblivion ofc depends on what u want

honestly it depeneds if its mainly on ur face then i would start with tret because accutane should ur last option and if u got horrible pizza face and u have hormonal acne on chest and back those are the most common places then do accutane 20mg
