I'm not rubbing fucking aquaphor on my face to combat dryness from accutane that's disgusting.

So i've managed to resort to taking 3500mg omega 3 fish oil daily with 30mg isotretinoin to combat the dryness AND it's working just not efficient ENOUGH.

I literally have like 2-3 tiny cracks that bleed on my face from the dryness and no idea how to deal with it it's insane. Although I would rather that than ANY acne 100% of the time.

Anyone know if there's anything else oral you can take to combat dryness?

Solution
mohito
There’s no true oral equivalent of an occlusive moisturizer, but what u want to do is improve your skin barrier.

You can take all the omega-3, b5 or vit c in the world, but they wouldn’t come close to the effect of a glow/klow stack containing BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu together. It is injectable tho, but still not topical

P5P, Pantothenic acid and 1gr of Vitamin C Ok in my diffence I though you wanted to hop off accutane and try something else, so my bad bro I just take 10mg of accutane whenever I remember for a short amount of time and then come off, you could reduce the frequency no need to take it daily it has like 6 days half-life

dude the b5 balm from laroche posay is absolutely the best solution for this, it fixed that exact problem for me. https://a.co/d/0gGnoCQQ

it's gross imagine going on a date with a pound of aquaphor on your face and I can't anyways because I use triluma as a foundation for my skin

i'd rather use something oral i hate topical shit bc i already use la roche posay 50 spf cicaplast balm and let that sit after i wash my face and put triluma as a foundation so nothing else on top
