Oral castor oil made me sick

I drank like a tea spoon a day and it made me fatigued and also made my heart beat really noticably. No laxative effects tho. To be fair the castor oil I drank was already months old and I got it from some hippy ayurveda shop so there was probably Indian DOOKIE in there.
I ordered some legit and gonna try it out again

As regards scalp hair, the hairs in the hairline became thicker. Temple hair advanced towards the eyebrows.

For me, it did have really bad laxative effects hence I had to stop it. Will have to use an alternative.

Probably. I actually started drinking larger amounts though and I'm basically fine (I also apply it topically now). Maybe you need to build up tolerance slowly, or maybe your not one of the people that can handle it.
