Oral castor oil?

Ive been using castor oil on my eyelashes every night. Every morning I wake up my eyelashes look better then before.

Now the question is if oral castor oil works even better?

I heard it promotes excess bowl movement but other than that it seems to work better than topical.

Thoughts?

I’ve been applying it topically, now I’m taking it orally and topically. Really bad heartburn, but I’m going to stick with it and increase intake given time. Just try a drop or two first day and see how you react. Still too early in usage for me to see results though.

Someone told me they’ve been doing oral castor 5-10 ml and saw results. I feel like genetics also play a part on how you react to oral castor oil
