What's up guys,
I had pretty shitty parenting growing up and I did not get oral hygiene instilled in me at a young age. From this I believe to have gum damage and my gums were fucked. Since going to college, I am now 21yrs and I have developed a solid routine of:
morning after breakfast: Flossing, brushing (no flouride, soft bristles) , Rinse (with cpc, no flouride)
Nighttime: Flossing, Brushing, Rinse (Same as morning)
My bleeding gums has gone away, and teeth feel genuinely healthy. However I notice some gum recession, and some redness around gums a lil. My questions are:
Will my gums heal to baseline?
What else can I do to heal gums?
What should I change to my oral protocol?
