Havent brushed my teeth in 4 years and never got a cavity or anything close since

However, last time i DID brush my teeth it was the day i got a hole in one of them

i feel like if u eatign natural foods u wont really need to brush ur teeth it will take like decades of eating fruit for any problems to come however if ur eating honey really often i would make clean then even tho i have this opinion i still brush my teeth either twice or once a day because im still a brainwashed slave >.<

i have access to raw although i dont think theres too much abt it as pasturised milk has still been proven to be good but now that i have raw milk i would never want to go back so if ur able too i would




that way u should be drinking milk all the time and hopefully grow tall and strong and feel better abt urself

Soda and candy i already put in the thread

I dont eat any other slop and tbh those two are not even that bad

The soda i get is just carbonated juice + sugar + 1 preservative

if its a pastry from a bakery its fine i always get the peach ones or rasberry and cottage cheese

My breath only smells after eating vegetables and food cooked with spices then i just swish raw milk in my mouth and it goes away
