Oral hyloronic acid bloated the fuk out of me and made me gain 5lb of water

Anyone else experience this? Was taking 300mg a day for 2-3 weeks and gained 5lbs. I’m 99% sure it’s water weight because I was reading other people having this

I mean obviously doesn’t oral HA bring water into you?
