Oral Minox and Blood Pressure

I have a very baseline low Blood pressure around 115/61 and obviously 2.5MG oral minox drops me below the healthy range and I start to get sides like chest tightness and shit.
Is there any way to combat this?
Maybe raise my blood pressure shit idk…

I would probably say drop the dosage if you already have low blood pressure and are you on any other substances?

Minox or Tadalafil both only have minor effects on BP. So I would think you could out eat it.
