Well, i don't see why, it wouldn't work honestly, you just have to keep it in a non-transparent, air-proof bottle, away from light.

I would, assume that ingredients like, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide, might not mix into the water, due to the hydrophobic nature of those chemicals, and might pile up at the bottom, so i wouldn't freak out if you see some gunk lying on the ground.

(Although i would still eat the gunk ot preferably mix it before drinking it, especially if there's gunk)

No, you probably shouldnt sip it throughout the day
If you want to mitigate bloating I would do 2.5mg twice a day (aka 5mg split dose)
Its also much more predictable and the ideal ROA for minoxidil tablets

Yes but the dose per sip would be unpredictable and the entire thing generally pointless
Just do a split dose instead of stressing over ur minox water lol

You right. Required for penetration too. And if a thing is water soluble, like GHK-Cu, then you need to go through emulsifiers and penetration stuff

If you are able to accurately dose it, it theoretically would have little affect
At least short term
60ml of topical minox contains 3000mg of minox
Therefore youd have to ACCURATELY dose 0.1ml daily
That little propylene glycol and alcohol shouldnt have major effects short term at least
