oral minox+latisse+castor/rosemary oil???

so ik you shouldnt use oral and topical minox at the same time bc the results wont get any better and sides increase.
however what if I use oral minox (2.5mg ed) and latisse for lashes and castor and/or rosemary oil on brows? looking to make mogger hair gains quick lmk.
