Yes. Once I stopped applying topically and only oral it stared shedding a lot. We'll see if this oral experiment works. If not I'll just hop back on topical. Whatever

If shedding is ramped up it’s hard not to notice. Especially with how neurotic you are about your hair. But if the lashes are going that’s a good sign. Been a couple of weeks yeah?
