For beginners definitely 2.5 mg but if the price of a 2.5 pill is 2$ and the price of 10 pill is 3$.I suggest get the 10 one and cutting it in to pieces

isn't this only with Topical Min? I know Oral Min causes some collagen lost to some extent but never seen anyone report dark circles on Oral Min.
