Oral minoxidil causing nose bleeds

Ive started taking oral minoxidil (2,5mg) 4 days ago and i had over 5 nosebleeds today and one yesterday, what can i do to strebgthen my capillaries or is it even because of the minoxidil?

started minox a little over a week ago and also had a nosebleed a few days ago
But it could also be accutane

I would just take it anyway and if u get nosebleed more often, pause it for some time and see if it gets better
