Honestly I’d say lattise, I hopped on oral minoxidil 2 months ago, hoping for lash growth and also general hair growth on my scalp. Not much effects so far but the bloat is brutal and not worth it imo. You will get bloated from oral minoxidil and it’s a major looksmin. Only thing with lattise is it can cause orbital fat loss which is also a major looksmin. I’d try lattise and make sure you are only applying on the lashes and minimising how much goes on your eyelids
