start at 1mg per day and assess tolerance and results for a couple months then go from there

Usual dosages are 2.5-5mg, anything above that is unnecessary or borderline harmful.

Again, I wouldn't recommend oral Minoxidil as it will bloat you heavily.

Exactly, topical just mogs when applied to the eyebrows or hair. Most people seem to experience better hair growth even with topical Minoxidil instead of oral.

Maybe only with a high carb diet
I eat a carnivore diet and never experienced bloating

It didnt. I started and stopped using it twice. Was at my leanest when i was in my minoxidil prime

i use topical for age, i wonder if it bloats me honestly i don't even have before minox pics. if i stop i will lose all the hair gain so i'm too scared to try to see if i get unbloated.
