Try topical first , if you get irritated or are allergic to it try oral. Theres no reason to use oral for eyebrows (and eyebrows only) if you tolerate topical well already. If you do have potential problems with topical id recommend starting with 2.5mg and upping the dose to 5mg if you tolerate it well and are healthy
.you may not need 5mg tho , 2.5mg or 5% topical minoxidil may be perfectly good enough.

If you live in the us and are over 18 there’s hella websites that will just prescribe you it online all you have to do is larp or tell the truth about having Norwood and thin hair, and they will just give it to you, you do need to confirm your id on most of them tho
