can i take 2.5mg of oral minoxidil as 14 year old. i want to grow my eyelashes and eyebrows

No reason to use oral over topical. Oral will bloat you even at a low dose like your taking and topical is effective. For lashes I have actually seen results from dying them and the ordinary lash serum although others may disagree. TLDR dont use oral minox

Yeah but why would you? You're paying more money to be bloated and hairy asf. Instead, use Latisse or topical minoxidil.
