Yes you can but be careful, or take something like nebivolol or pronopolol along with it

Don't....typically if its a low dosage you're gonna be fine but I'd just avoiding it coz the risk isn't worth it , if its for your hairline try topical or other methods and if its for your lashes and brows just use bimatoprost
