Oral only cycle to 'peak' for a look?

Would it be smart to use anavar or dbol only for like 1-2 weeks (enough for them to 'kick in') and come off completely? To 'fill out' for a look e.g. dbol or harden up for the beach (anavar).

I'd only only use it long enough to peak for like 4-5 days on a beach. Apparently the cosmetic look only takes like 2 weeks to kick in? How long would I have to wait before stopping it for the effect to go away?
