If its just purely for eyebrows then yeah topical.
Me however, I wanted thicker eyebrows, longer, darker and thicker eyelashes too. As well as my temple hair to regrow on one side (only one side of My temple receded for some reason) so I opted for oral minoxidil.
But take what I said with a pinch of salt, if you've had heart issues in the past then I'd say topical. Me personally haven't had any severe sides from it, apart from the slight increase in heart rate at some times, though this has become less common over the past couple weeks. (I'm on like week 5 I think). I also take it at night, so even if I do get the sides I don't even feel them lmao.
I should also probably mention your hair just grows back a lot faster too. Like I haven't been able to grow a beard, but now I'm getting rougher hair in places I wasn't originally getting it.
