I know it is recommended to do 30 days 3mg to let your body adjust but is that even necessary?

How to know wich dosing to choose? (Either 7mg or 14mg). I only say this because I’ve seen YouTube videos saying your doctor will either say you get the 7mg or 14mg. By default I would choose 7mg and then move up.

And does it matter which brand of semaglutide you get. I understand rybelsus has all the study’s with it but “sembolic” on IndiaMART is cheaper.

Is IndiaMART a good source for this stuff and should it get through customs ok?
