No it also includes d and e usually. There’s ones that prevent tanning from sun also since only people in asia use oral sunscreen

I'm guessing your using fernblock/heliocare. I wouldn't use it as your only sunblock. If it's tanning you than it's obviously not working. Might be providing some benefit though.

Also important to remember that the only studies that show it works at all is coming from the company selling it.

If Sunscreen isn't working for you a hat and UPF underclothes would be a good alternative.
