Oral weight loss

Heyo, currently on accutane with monthly liver blood tests, but wondering what oral peptides or meds can I take to accelerate fat/weight loss, and or accelerate muscle growth. I was considering DNP or Tesofensine. Would happily take anything anyway, but simply can’t store peptides at refrigerated temps.
