Orangutans can't mature if a flanged (Chad) male is around

Orangutans go through puberty twice and this is the fully matured form. Female orangutans are naturally attracted to him and he takes a passive approach to attracting them - he literally sits around and summons them with a call and they find him.

However the presence of one of these males in an area stops the other males from developing in the same way. He suppresses the sexuality of the others.

Does the presence of Chad suppress male sexuality in the same way?
