orbicularis oculi effect on percieved canthal tilt

he claims that training the orbicularis oculi muscle (near ur eyebrow i think) it will hold ur canthal tilt up or something like that

he also claims that the hooding will become bigger because when u train muscles they grow and it'll decrease upper eyelid exposure

does this work for perceived canthal tilt or is it cope and fraud angle maxxing?

diff angles his brows already look good in the first picture, just angles and nothing else
