Ive never seen anyone talk about this on the forum, i did like a small research and as people say training it gives you a better eye area/some other shit i dont really remember and some even say it changes canthal tilt but im pretty sure thats bs
so orbicularis oculi consists of an orbital, palpebral and deep palpebral part this is the best photo i could find for it
when you squint,close your eyes or mostly doing anything with your eyes is about this muscle and it has something to do with tears i think ion really know my research was like about ten minutes
this video explains a way to train it other than squinting and claims that training it can make it better
what i mean by "isnt talked about" is i havent seen it being talked about in any eye threads at all
i think it might at least help a litte (not completely ascend your eye area) maybe worth trying training this muscle what do yall think
