The OO is the sphincter muscle surrounding the eye. Hypertrophying the lower portion (palpebral segment) is the primary method to "lift" the lower lid.
•The "Squinch": Gently raising the lower eyelid without moving the upper lid.
•Method: Isolate the lower lid. Squint it upward while keeping the upper lid relaxed. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat for 10-15 minutes daily.
•Result: A thicker, more "supported" lower lid margin that reduces scleral show and turns a neutral tilt toward a positive one.
•Resistance Training: Placing the index and middle fingers at the outer corners of the eyes and squinting against the pressure.
•Risk: Over-training can lead to "crow's feet" (dynamic wrinkles). Use a high-quality moisturizer or GHK-Cu serum to maintain skin elasticity.
I have personally seen really good results after 2 months of doing this, I also now automatically squint very lightly by habit kinda like what happens after mewing for months.

Real-world evidence
- People who squint a lot (sun exposure, habits) develop:
- Slightly stronger orbicularis oculi
- But more often → wrinkles (crow’s feet) as well
