My orbicularis oris is swelled up like on the pic below. I hae had it for a long time but it has become more noticable after i have lost weight. Anyone know wha it is and jow to get rid of it (naturally preferebly)? Could it be perioral mounds?

orbicularis oris is swelled up

It’s not swollen up tho, it’s a lack of fat in that region since u lost weight. While ur buccal fat pad stayed the same, creating the appearance of the folds
