Orbicularis oris

My orbicularis oris is swelled up similair to the pic below (not me btw, aint no fucking foid) I have had it for a long time but it has become more noticable after i have lost weight. Anyone know wha it is and how to get rid of it or reduce it atleast (naturally preferebly)? Could it be perioral mounds?
