Idk it's fairly significant like you might get to 75mm. Your face generally gets wider with age

No you are already well above average. Average to slightly (+3-4mm) is good.

69 is borderline unaesthetically too wide unless you have a large skull

Jfl you’re trolling right? There’s no way you can look good with 75mm IPD unless you have a huge skull. Average IPD + High PFL is ideal

yeah 75mm is too wide probably, I think wide set eyes are better though around 70mm

It all depends on skull size I suppose. I have 69mm IPD too but my eyes still look a little close set because of my Barrett-tier zygos. Regardless it’s retarded to get OBO for small changes jfl

OBO is extremely expensive and I imagine only a few surgeons on the planet would be willing to do it on a non-deformed patient. Maxillomandibular advancement, on the other hand, is a routine operation that thousands of maxillofacial surgeons have been trained to do.

Not happening. Maybe ONE person in PSL will get OBO.
