Orbital decompression vs infraorbital implants for orbital vector

What are your thoughts on orbital decompression instead of infraorbital implants, since they basically do the same for the orbital vector and cost about the same if you are going to a good surgeon vs doing custom PEEK infras.

I dont have hyperthyroidism or graves disease, i have negative orbital vector probably because of maxillary recession, genetics and low myopia (-2).
Does anyone know how much mm you can get your eyeballs set back in the eyesocket if you only do fat tissue removal.

I dont want the bone walls reduced because i do combat sports.

Has anyone done this or know someone who did this and do you know good doctors, pref europe?
