depends on the individual but better for 95% yes. Although most people require fat grafting to blend infra implants and make them look more natural anyway

fat grafting, if you're someone who needs infra implants it'd be blatantly obvious lmao, best to combine your upper and lower fat grafting with a canthopexy for an enhanced result though

in theory yes. In reality usually not. Also 80% of infra implant patient get revisions after, meaning at least 80% of the results look uncanny or just bad
