How risky are orbital implants?

Lets say my eye area looks like this:

My eye area looks similar (- minus eye color and lashes) What kind of implants should I get to have more attractive orbitals...(should be low risk high reward)

Why not supras too? I have mild UEE. Would be cool if I can project my browridge area like sean opry. Is it risky? Also, how safe are infra implants

I heard fillers migrate quickly and more risky around eye area...
What about infra orbitals? Are fat graft really the answer above implants?

Supra filler is a weird area to get filler in, and I'd usually say bleph for undereyes if you don't have any lack of infra support, but no filler isn't dumb at all

yeah it works but at what cost the side effects arnt worth it and by aging ur eyes will become droopy af

idk tbh im just saying shit
depends on how bad it is, if its not death tier i imagine filler or fat grafting will fix the issue while being cheaper and having a better recovery process
